The image is of a painting done for me on my 70th birthday by a good friend of mine, Marvin Fourtner. It contains all the elements of my all time favorite anthem "Creation Will be at Peace". (Click on the link to be taken to a YouTube presentation wherein of the Weatherly Heights Baptist Church choir against a background of images that I took in Antarctica). This anthem speaks to a time when true peace will exist everywhere and for everyone including all of the animals. I am truly looking forward to that time, but in the here and now Linda and I are enjoying the life that has been put before us.

That enjoyment is the theme for Mill Village Gallery. Linda and I wanted to provide a venue that we could enjoy participating in, both as "artists" ourselves and in providing an outlet for local artists.
